work of Sasha Baskin, a weaver who uses
texture and shadow to create intricate
portraits, Melanie Millar who uses paintings
to explore the nature of ornamentation, and
Fari Rahimi whose sculpture draws on her
upbringing in Iran as she uses her work to
create “symbolic portraits of the interior
